Hey Yogi’s, this is a brilliant heart opening 30 minute session I found on YouTube after a speedy search. Try it – I loved it.

My chest is open and my arms are stretched out wide ready to embrace this beautiful sun we’re having. Hope you guys are able to enjoy it as I think it’s going away for a bit this weekend.

I wish the sun would come out...tomorrrrowww? It’s so dark around here. Trying to keep it bright in my life without that old fireball!
